Part I.
I. Earth's Magnetic Field
Based on recent scientific studies it has been shown that the earth's magnetic field is decreasing in strength. It was even shown on TV news reports that the magnetic poles are getting so weak that they may flip directions. This could be a major problem concerning the world today. What could possibly be causing this? It is possible that the core of the earth with molten lava iron is slowly cooling and decreasing in size. This could cause the magnetic field to decrease. How does one correct this problem and increase the magnetic field of the earth? Well let's observe how a basic magnet can be made. If one uses ferromagnetic material and wraps wire around it and connects it to an electric power supply or voltage that allows current to flow arround the ferromagnetic material, the ferromagnetic material will turn into a magnet and form a magnetic field around it. The strength of this magnetic field would be a function of how large the ferromagnetic material is and the strength of the electro-magnetic field produced around it. It may be possible to make an artificial magnetic field around the earth, to increase the magnetic field strength which may increase the earth's magnetic field back to safe regions. How can this be done? Observe the very basic diagram below:

If we place ((very large)) electro-magnetic ferromagnetic beams at the north and south poles under the earth and line them up with the already existing directions of the earth's magnetic field it may be possible to boost up the core of the magnetic field of the earth and the magnetic field around the earth. Theoretically the core field should increase with an increase of electromagnetic field production placed at the Magnetic North Pole and the Magnetic South Pole of the earth. Once the core is boosted it should remain that way until a further boosts are needed. A very large electro-magnetic field pulse could be sent simultaneously to each artificial magnetic field producer. The measurements could then be taken to see if the field remains stabilized. At the point the earth magnetic field remains stabilized within safe regions, the pulses aren't needed any more. High electromagnetic pulses could effect the surrounding earth's atmosphere and this may cause a temporary interuption of communicaton satelites. So this type of activity would have to be a worldwide scientific involvement where all leading high power nations would participate in this activity without the fear of loss of communication satelites permanently or the fear of a retaliation or a fear of a provoked war attempt. This could be co-ordinated with the united nations with the world leaders in the scientific community.
II. Ozone Layer Depletion
There have been scientific reports that the ozone layer around the earth is decreasing in size. There are reports of an ozone hole increasing in size at the south pole of the earth. What is causing this? CFC's into the atmosphere is one of the problems, but air pollution in general causes this too. Like for example when there is incomplete combustion causing CO to form instead of CO2, there is a needed chemical reaction that causes a free atom of oxygen in the ozone layer to react with CO to form CO2. This theoretically can cause the ozone layer to decrease. Also other forms of hydro-carbon chemicals released into the atmosphere can cause this by chemical or oil refinery pollution. Like for example, if H2S is released into the atmosphere this can be converted into H2SO2, which can form a type of acid rain. But notice again more oxygen atoms are needed to form the acid rain ( H2SO2). And this again is using up the O3 ozone layer caused by the chemical reaction.
What can we do about this to increase the ozone layer back to normal safe areas again? Well we can reduce air pollution where needed. But we could also increase the oxygen levels in the earth's atmosphere too. The more oxygen on the earth the more O3 atoms that could be produced in the ozone layer. One of the solutions is to reduce the amount of rain forest removal where other countries are cutting down rain forests in millions of acres regularly. We need all the trees and plants, as much as possible to keep the oxygen levels on the earth high. Another solution is to convert desert areas around the earth into richer greener land. And how can this be done? Please observe next topic.
III. The Conversion Of Desert Land In The Middle East And Surrounding Areas From A Sandy Brown Color to a Green Color with the Increase Of Plant And Tree Growth To Incease Oxygen Levels, Food Levels And Fresh Drinking Water Levels In That Area
How does one do this? The earth is made of about 75% water but it is salty water. If we were to pump billions of gallons of ocean water into these desert lands, the salt levels in the water can be reduced by gravitational sedimentation distillation in the sand. We could also add fertillizer to the ocean water to boost up the soil fertilizer state to a point that it can cause plant life to grow even in a brackish type water. There are many plants that will grow in brackish water. That is fresh water that is slightly salty. As the ocean water settles into the ground evaporation should theoretically occur in the sand causes gravitational sedimentation distillation through the sand producing fresh drinking water at the surface of the slightly fertilized sand. This would in turn produce plant life and this would cause an INCREASE of oxygen levels which could reduce the Greenhouse Effect and boost up the ozone layers ( and reduce the size of the ozone hole) with an increase of oxygen levels. Artificial fresh water drinking lake reservoirs could be built with a plastic foundations that would collect the rain that would form from increased evaporation water states from the deserts that would produce rain in those areas.
IV. Increase of Food Supply To Foreign Countries Needing Food
I have gone to various restaurants that had a buffet with either all the food you could eat or a wide selection of food to eat daily in the United States. One time I went to a restaurant about 8:30 PM at night and noticed that the selection of food ( like T-Bone Steaks, Roost Beef and many types of vegetables was stocked up for the public to choose from and closing time was at 9:00 PM. I asked the management what were they going to do with all that food at 9:00 PM. They said they were going to throw all that food away. I said why. Why don't you give it to the poor and those in the homeless shelters needing food? They replied that the food and health inspectors didn't allow it and there could be complications with food transfer where spoiled food may injure someone, so they just threw it away. Well nationwide, as far as I know, in the United States billions of tons of food are thrown away yearly. Is there a way to safely use this food without throwing it away in the garbage? I think there is. If you notice, a can good can store food up to 6 months to a year without getting spoiled. All one does is add a little salt or food preservative and put it under a seal vacuum in a can. Well how can we do this with the restaurants throughout the United States? We could have health inspectors observe the safe transfer of GOOD left over food and put it in 55 gallon drums under a vacuum. gages could be used to make sure the drums maintain a proper level of vacuum. This could then be shipped to needed areas of the United States and foreign countries like Russia for help with the needed food supplies.
One may say it will cost a lot of money to ship this food to other countries. But these costs could be shared with other countries with the United States to give the needed GOOD food ( T-Bone Steak dinners etc..), to areas around the world where needed. This food could also be freeze dried to reduce the weight. Then all is needed is to add water to it to restore it's original state.
Partial Conclusion
The world can be improved. It just takes time and the effort of people around the world. We can make the world a better place to live in by working and sharing together to solve the common needs of people worldwide.
Part II.
I. Increased Efficiency Of Electricity Use
It is my opinion, the process by which electricity is made in most cities in the United States could be greatly improved in regard to cost and efficiency. In other words, I believe there is a lower costing, more higher efficient method to produce electricity than what is presently used. As far as I know, these giant AC generators have to run 24 hours a day to supply electricity to each city. It requires a lot of fuel to turn these generators. And the wear and tear on parts is also high. So even if there is low electricity needed in a city, these generators still have to run constantly at full speed around the clock. So even if the electricity isn't used these generators run as if the energy was needed.
There is a better method I wish to propose that should theoretically save energy, money and should be more efficient. This is the proposal. Use large storage batteries or many smaller marine batteries that can be trickle charged by either the already existing AC generators or use smaller designed fuel motors that would turn many alternators ( alternators like in a car) that would trickle charge these batteries. Then when these batteries are fully charged the AC generator ( or special designed fuel motor) can be shut down and these batteries can be connected to DC to AC invertors ( high power wattage type), which would then supply the electricity to the city. Then only as the city needs the energy the battery is there to regulate just what is needed. Then as these batteries begin to run low another set of fully charged batteries could be used while again the process is repeated to trickle charge the batteries again. An experiment was done years ago using a small gasoline engine motor ( like a lawn mower type) that would turn two alternators on a special welded frame, to charge on large marine battery. After about one hour of these small motors turning the alternators connected to the marine battery, using about 1 gallon of gasoline for about $1.50, a full charge on the marine battery could be reached. Then the gasoline motors would be turned off. The marine battery would then be connected to a small air conditioner using about a 1kilowatt dc to ac invertor. This would provide enough electricity to run this small air conditioner, small lights and radio etc..., for about 6 hours. Then the battery would have to be trickle charged again for about an hour then the process could be repeated. So after about 20 hours of use of an air conditioner and other items etc.., it would cost about $6.00 a day. If a gasoline small AC generator is used with about a 6 gallon tank that would run 6 hours at a time this is about $6.00 for about 6 hours of usage even if you are running the air conditioner or not. This adds up to about $24.00 a day for the gasoline needed to keep the power needed to run the small air conditioner. So the difference on a small proto-type model shows a higher efficiency yield given the energy cost needed to run the air conditioners etc.. . This is about an $18.00 a day savings. This is an increase of energy yield of about 75%.
Then one may say well after a month of constant usage of electricity for an air conditioner will be about $150 to $200 and when you multiply $6 times 30 days this is about $180 a month ( the trickle charge batteries) which is about the same thing when comparing it to the electric company. But less fuel is needed with the method proposed which would mean even a lower cost of a city electricity producing plant.
But now watch this. In most cities in the United States the sun shines about 8 to 12 a day with various changing amounts of hours of sun light as the month passes by. There data statistical that shows the amount of sun light a month or a year throughout the United States. Now instead of using the small gasoline motor to turn the two small alternators, use a solar panel trickle charger to charge the marine battery. If you had 4 marrine batteries charged during the day this would provide the total energy needed to run the small air conditioner for about 20 hours straight with the cost of $1.00. If fact one can run an air conditioner for free ( as long as the sun shines during the day and the batteries remain fully charged.) One may not need the sun to shine 8 to 12 hours a day. The batteries might charges in a few hours of sun light. So what does this amount to. Free electricity. NOW compare the costs per month you pay the electric company for a city. Well let's say your electric bill is about $150.00 a month for a small apartment or house from the city electric company. Now compare this to $0.00 dollars per month of costs for electricity. What is the saving now? What is the efficiency now? What is the yield now? What is the amount of air pollution now by gasoline engines running the AC generator compared to ZERO air pollution with a solar panel trickle charge to a large battery? If the city electric plant uses this method of energy production what will be your electric bill per month? Well I think you can clearly see the difference.
So on days when there is absolutely no sunshine, a back system that would run small gasoline engines turning alternators could be used or even one culd use already existing AC generators to trickle charge the batteries. So in cases like this, I predict your electric bill might be about $5.00 to $10.00 a month. This is a very large savings compared to $150.00 to $200.00 a month for an average home running their air conditioner or TV etc.., per day.
Let's look at this on the nationwide level. How many cities are there in the United States? Well there could be quite a few of small cities or small towns within each state. Well let's look at only the larger cities like in Texas, let's just pick a number for now of about 10 very large populated cities. Let's use Houston, Texas as an example. Houston has about 2 to 3 million families living there. Let's say 1 million of the people use an air conditioner in their home running constantly. This is costs them city wise about, $400 million dollars a month in electricity use. Let's say there are about 10 major cities in each state in the United States. So the entire state of Texas would spend about $4 billion dollars a month in electricity costs. This figure could be a lot larger because I didn't included the electricity use of big industries or plants in Texas, this is only based on an average number of families in Texas which was very approximate too. So what is this nationwide? This is about 200 billion dollars a month in energy costs throughout the United States for just an average number of families throughout the United States. What is this per year nationwide in costs? This is about $2 trillion dollars a year in costs for the average families in the United States and we didn't even include the factories, industries and other businesses using a large amount of electricity.
So let's just say for now it costs about $2 trillion dollars in energy costs in America per year. Now watch this. Use the proposed method I showed using solar panel trickle charged battery systems with high power out dc to ac invertors and now what is the cost per year for the average family throughout the United States or the American people. Well I think you can clearly see it is savings in the trillions of dollars per year. What does trillions of dollars of energy savings do for the economy in America? Well it looks like to me the national debt could be greatly reduced and businesses and jobs could greatly increased. And what does this do for the economy. This makes our country very stable economically and the stock market should be greatly improved and much more..... . What could we do when most everyone is helped in the United Stated financially? We could then help the other countries do the same with their energy problems. In desert countries the sun must shine most of the time during the day throughout the year. This would be free energy for them too and their econy can be improved. but not only that less pollution would be put into the air. The Green House effect is caused by air pollution. And as the Green House effect increases the ozone layer decreases because the pollution in the Green House reactes with the oxygen in the ozone. So by this method of energy usage we may be able to stabilize the ozone and reduce the Green House Effect.
II. Reduction of Air Pollution In General
Has anyone ever measured the amount of air pollution produced by air liners throughout the United States? I think the air traffic controllers see hundreds of dots on there radar screens in each major city. I believe this is also causing alot of air pollution which is increasing the Green House effect and decreasing the Ozone Layer. Well one might say what do we do about this? We have to travel. Just the other day I saw proposals for nuclear powered air liners that produce zero pollution and the energy use is only based on the replacement of the nuclear fuel elements. This would reduce the air pollution and give use a cheaper way to fly.
What about those big oil refineries using high heated distillation methods to produce, butane, pentane, octane etc.... ? If you noticed there are these large exhaust towers where all the air pollution goes from these large refineries. This is also adding to the Green House Effect and reducing the ozone layer. One may say what do we do about this, we need gasoline to run our cars and we need the petroleum products to make other products in other chemical plants. I agree but the method used to refine or distill the oil can be a lot more efficient with a lot less air pollution. One may say how can this be done? There is a method of distillation called, Vacuum Molecular Distillation, that could be used. What type of distillation process is this? Well in a vacuum one can actually boil water cold. This in effect is like a distillation process if the water was salt water. Just place a vacuum on it and one can separate the salt from the pure water which could be used to drink. How could this be applied to oil refineries? By using the same method place the oil in a vacuum where the oil runs slowly down multi-cylinder chambers, the outer layer of the oil would be distilled at a cold or cool temperate producing almost 0 amount of pollution. The reaction is so slow that incomplete combustion does occur, but it will produce the amount of refined oil products needed to meet the city or nations needed. So instead of seeing a large smoke cloud of air pollution from these plants, one would see practically nothing which would show almost zero air pollution. I have noticed that in some cities the smell is so bad around refineries one can hardly stand to be there even a few hours. And this pollution is increasing to larger areas of cities.
What about gasoline power cars? Well they do produce alot of air pollution if one looks at it on a nationwide level even with the strict standards applied right now for reduced emission pollutants from a car. Electric cars could be used, and some of them can move about 45 miles per hour. And even a trickle charge battery system for an electric car with be again like free energy and free transportation. But for now I think we could increase catalytic convertor efficiency to decrease air pollution. But in time we could gradually convert to free transportation as shown by the proposed improvements.
Partial Conclusion II
All these improvements sound good on paper BUT the only problem that I can see at this point is the amount of money needed to make these improvements to start with. Is there a way to do this without increasing the present national debt? There may be. I think the right people in government could make these things happen during a type of slow transistion period that would lead to these improvements. If we don't act now I predict the economy and the earth's environment will just worsen to a point of no return. I believe we still have a chance right now to make the changes needed and save this planet. Let's act now. Can one argue about free energy using a small up-front investment that will put trillions of dollars into the economy? Let the people decide.
Part III.
I. Temporarily Stabilizing or Reducing The Size Of The Ozone Layer Hole
The size of the Ozone Layer Hole at Antarctica is increasing in size. It is now about 3 times the size of the United States and is almost reaching the south tip of South America.

If the Ozone Layer Hole reaches the United States it could reach dangerous levels for humans which could cause skin cancer by just a person going outside and effect wildlife and plants in general, in harmful ways. It is VERY important that we stabilize or begin reducing the size of the Ozone Layer Hole.
The PPM ( parts per million) of Ozone in the Stratosphere is of very low concentrations in general. On and average it is about 3 PPM from 45 Kilometers to 50 Kilometers, where the stratoshpere is located.

To the best of my knowledge millions of tons of Ozone is depleted yearly. To stabilize or reduce the size of the Ozone Layer Hole, or increase the Ozone Layer ( theoretically) as a temporary solution, would be to place about 1 million tons of liquid oxygen ( O2) into the stratosphere yearly. Ozone ( O3) is made by the reaction of ultraviolet rays with O2.

To get an average idea of how much 1 million tons of liquid oxygen would be, is to observe the average amount of liquid oxygen used to put the space shuttle into orbit which is about 800 tons of liquid oxygen. It may be possible to send high flying aircraft capable of carring heavy loads of about 1000 tons of liquid oxygen, or more at a time, to levels of about 1 million tons of dispersed liquid oxygen ( released gradually in gas form), into the stratosphere yearly. The exact cost can be figured out by experts later, but I think it would cost about a few billions dollars per year.
Each high flying aircraft capable of heavy payloads could slowly release the liquid oxygen ( released gradually in gas form) into the stratosphere as it's only payload throughout the area above Antarctica. It is important to release the oxygen (O2) in the stratosphere because at lower levels it can become poisonous to humans. This should stabilize or reduce the size of the Ozone Layer Hole temporarily.
Partial Conclusion III
As we increase the oxygen levels on earth, the Ozone Layer should go back to normal, but it will take time to do that using the proposed ways mentioned above. We need to act now, or as soon as possible using the method proposed shown here. Theoretically it should work. The release of millions of tons of liquid oxygen should theoretically replace the small fraction of ozone needed which is only a few millimeters thick or about 3 PPM in concentration in the stratosphere.
Part IV.
I. The Green House Effect Reduction And Solution Proposal
The Green House Effect is primarily made of CO2.

It may be theoretically possible to reduce the Green House Effect by reducing the amount of CO2 in the Green House and converting it into oxygen (O2). The O2 would this replenish the Ozone Layer. There are CO2 eating Algae that could be sprayed in the atmosphere in the clouds around the world. The CO2 eating Algae would then exponentially increase in numbers through time to a point where the Green House Effect shouldn't be a problem any more for the planet. II. Another Possible Way To Restore The earth's Magnetic Field
Superconductors produce a Helix Spiral Field similar to the field around a magnet ( Theoretically According to The Smart Model Theory).

The atoms, stars, and galaxies have this same type of spiral field. At the LINK shown above it was theoretically shown that gravity can be unified with an EM field inside a Smart Model Helix Spiral Field. The only way to reach the core of the earth is through gravity. If gravity can be unified with an electromagnetic field the magnetic field at the core of the earth should theoretically be restored. At the Earth's Magnetic South Pole
The gravitational field is shown in the 2 dimensional diagram shown above. At high superconductor fields theoretically the electromagnetic field should unify and exist together with the gravitational field. So as the gravity spirals toward the earth the electromagnetic field with it should spiral too. An increase of EM spiral strength to the magnetic core of the earth should theoretically increase the magnetic field at the earth's core.
One may ask how does one increase the field strength of the spinning superconductor disks? By increasing the size of the disks and the amount of free electrons passing through it. An electro-static generator chould be used to increase or decrease the field strength as needed. It is important that the disk superconductor atom line up like this on the disks.

Partial Conclusion IV
This should theoretically form the Helix Spiral field in the correct direction. Do the same for the south pole except make sure they are pointing in the same direction. As more electrons flow through the field of the superconductors the EM field within the field, unify with gravity. As gravitons and the EM fields unify they should spin and spiral toward the earth's core. As more electrons and EM field spirals and forms around the magnetic material at the core of the earth, the magnetic field should increase.
Part V.
I. A Theoretical Way To Reduce Earthquakes From Occurring
It appears most earthquakes around the world occur at depths of about 5 to 10 miles below the land surface of the earth. See Link below showing magnitude and depth at which the earthquakes occur based on scientific experimental existing data:

The main concern about earthquakes at this time appears to be the earthquake fault line in California. This earthquake fault line is unlike other earthquakes in the world. Most other earthquakes occur in isolated locations but as one can observe on the world map, there is a certain line of re-occurring earthquakes in California. This shows a possibility that California may be in danger of a major earthquake along the line of detected earthquakes in that region shown where possibly half of California could crash, crumble or fall into the ocean. This might cause the dead of millions of people in that region. In my opinion, people in that area to the west of this earthquake fault line should begin moving east of it. Or in other words, people in California should start as soon as possible moving to the eastern areas of California where they would be in less danger.
A question one may have is, is there a way to possible reduce or stop an earthquake from occurring?
There does appears to be a possible solution. When an earthquake occurs it is usually due to the shifting of tectonics plates underground which vary in depth ranges like for example see LINK below for one area in California:

Notice the depth and magnitude of recent measurements. Notice the depth of 13.2 kilometers. This is a little over 5 miles underground. As the tectonic plates shift the pressure is so great that lava forms which adds to the ease earthquake movement. It may be possible to drill underground holes in major earthquake locations in California to depths of this range. See links showing deepest hole ever drilled:

It appears that 12 kilometers is the deepest hole ever drilled in history. The depth of most of the earthquakes are near or within the region of depth. If one could drill holes at this approximate depth along basic areas of the major earthquake fault line in California, and fill them with ocean water to saturate this level of the earth, this should theoretically cause the heat generated by tectonic movement to be reduced ( or cooled) and cause the lava to harden or cool, thus reducing the size or the earthquake itself. As the lava begins to appear the ocean water would immediately harden the lava and slow down the movement of the tectonic plate shift. With this harden lava state, this would in effect make a connecting link with the rest of the land area in California making a somewhat secure connection of land masses, thus either reducing or postponing any earthquakes in the near future. If the lava is cooled to a hard solid rock state, using ocean water ( after drilling holes to that depth), the two tectonic plates should attach to each other thus preventing any further earthquakes, or at least reduce the occurance of earthquakes in that region.
One may ask what are the costs involved? To drill the 12 kilometer hole in Russia it cost about $100 million dollars. So the costs may range from $100 - $200 million dollars a hole. I may be possible to drill 5 to 10 holes along the earthquark fault line and fill them with ocean water, saturating the depth to cause the lava to cool and turn to rock as the tectonic plates move. This should theoretically temporarily solve the earthquake problem in California.
II. Increasing The Life Span Of Human Beings Safely Using A Modified DNA Gene Adjustment
Years ago an aging disease was discovered that increased the aging process of a child. After about 10 years old the child would look like he/she was about 70 or 80 years old. The gene that causes this aging disease has been located. The gene appears to cause the speed of cell duplication rate to increase faster than normal. This disease could also be related to a gene timing clock that has become increased to an abnormal rate which maybe caused by radiation or something that causes cancer with radiation exposure. Which a high energy particle ( radiation) or ray, collides with the DNA, it can cause the DNA to malfunction. According to my research, as a B.S. Chemical Engineer, I have studied the sub-atomi levels of particles and atoms. And the energy levels of particles and atoms can be altered by injecting various energy fields. Like for example when a hydrogen atom is placed in a microwave field, the line spectra shifts and the energy level shifts for that hydrogen.
According to my research in DNA at the sub-atomic level, it was theoretically possible to alter not only the on/off bit sub-atomic logic states of the DNA, but also the energy levels of certain genes in the DNA. Just recently research studies have found that by modifing the "Methuselah" gene with a ligand which is like a molecular protein that could fit into that gene, and modify it's state, the age of a fruit fly could be increased by about 50%. This is current research discoveries as of the year 2004. If this same gene could be tested on an ape, which has 99% the same DNA genes as humans except for the intelligence gene, and if that apes life is also extended by 50% or more without any major side effects, it may be possible to increase the life span of human beings also by 50% or more.
I think more research grants should be given to the people that are in this area to speed up that analysis and research, so that human life can be extended.

There are many other solutions that can be found later like for example, how does one end the wars in the Middle East. Well all I have heard was PEACE talks and more PEACE talks. But man does not live on PEACE alone. They need food, water, shelter and supplies, THEN PEACE can occur. Like for example, the Palestinians are constantly trying to obtain more land from the Jews, but why? Is it because of religion? I don't think that is the main reason ( it may be part of it although). It appears that Israel has control of a large water supply in their region and they are guarding it's use by others. It appears that the Palestinians are pushing are fighting to get to that area of the water supply. Water is worth more that oil in the Arab countries. Without water it is hard to grow food or even stay alive. I think we could help the middle east with solar powered water plants that would run for free on the sun's energy. This would at least give fresh drinking water to high tension areas in the middle east. Then as more supplies are given to help people in that area, such as food ( as shown above where food is thrown away here in the United States that could also be given to poor needy countries... ), then I think the people in the Middle East will start respecting the Israel land boundaries and THEN PEACE talks can begin. Man doesn't live on Peace alone, but on bread, water and the help of God.
